How are orders placed on Mykaree, delivered to me?

Orders are dispatched through our courier partners including the likes of Bluedart, Delhivery or India Post.

 

Can you cancel my order?

Please note that  items on sale are not eligible for cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges.

Orders not on sale can be cancelled whole/partially only before 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable.

 

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Once the order is placed for the items on sale, the shipping address cannot be modified.

For the items not on sale, Yes, your shipping address can be modified before the order is invoiced/dispatched. Once invoiced/dispatched, no changes can be made to the address.

 

Can I modify the products (size/color/design) in my order after it has been placed?

No, unfortunately, we are unable to modify the products (size/color/design) once an order is placed.

 

Not getting the "Notify Me" option?

Chances are that the product has been discontinued. We regret for the inconvenience.

 

I had added a product, it's not showing anymore ?

Unfortunately, the item which you added to your cart must be sold out.

 

Is my purchase eligible for exchange, and how do I exchange my purchase?

What if the product I receive is damaged?

Foremost, please ensure that the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance. In case the packaging is damaged or not properly sealed, please do not accept it.

Secondly, please contact us at info@mykaree.com within 10 days  of receiving the products, along with product images / video. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Please inform our customer care department in the event any articles are delivered without tags.

What if the product I receive is wrong?

In case you receive a wrong product , you can call us at 0124-4001702 or email us at info@mykaree.com along with the product images / video and the order number, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. 

Any complaint that is reported after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted.

 

​Can I pay with 2 different credit cards?

Unfortunately, you can use only one credit card per order.

However, if you wish to use 2 different credit cards, you could split your purchase in two subsequent orders and  use different cards accordingly. 

 

My money is debited but the order is not confirmed?

Kindly note that your money is safe in such cases. Sometimes, due to technical issues, the amount debits but fails to process at the payment gateway. In such cases, the amount is usually reversed to the customer’s account within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that this payment went through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the original source of payment.

 

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case you receive a message of  payment failure, try placing the order once again.

However, if your amount has been debited, chances are that your order has already been received to us. Please do not retry for payment again.

Money is debited but I haven't received any confirmation?

Please share your email ID and the exact amount charged with us at info@mykaree.com so that we can quickly check at the payment gateway and inform you accordingly.

 

My card payment is declined?

We would request you to check with your bank.

It could be a case of insufficient balance and/or your card validity.

You could also try using another web browser, clear the cache and disable  any addons/extensions/plugins that may block the action with the card. Try  re-attempting with a different card or bank account.(check online how to clear the cache)

 

What are the accepted payment methods for transactions?

We accept the following modes of payment for our transactions:

  • Credit cards - Mastercard, Visa, and American Express
  • Net Banking - All major banks Debit Card 
  • COD( Cash On Delivery)

 

What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?

If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, write to us at info@mykaree.com along with the screenshots of the transaction details. We will help you you resolve it. We are available from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM IST.
