Before you return our product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
Our shipments are carefully inspected before shipping them to you but If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase ,we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. 
 

Conditions for Return

  • The Return is made within 10 days of delivery except for Jewellery and Bags. 
  • Jewellery and Bags can be returned with 2 days of  delivery.
  • The Products are unused and in the original condition and packing.
  • Our  products are not eligible for returns unless the product delivered has a manufacturing defect, has been delivered broken OR during a wrong product delivery. Please take pictures or make a video while opening and share it with us.
  • Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns.
  • COD costs will not be refunded.
  • No exchange is offered on the product/s returned. 

Cash on Delivery: 

A COD fee of Rs 100 is applied to all Cash on Delivery orders. This is the convenience fee charged by the logistics company. The COD fee is not  refundable under any circumstances. Also, We do not offer open package deliveries.
 

Return Process

If your purchase meets the return criteria above, please follow the below steps: 

  • Contact us via any of the following channels: 
    1. Call us at 0124 - 4001702, Monday - Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST OR
    2. Email at info@mykaree.com
      • Please provide Order Number, Date of Transaction, Delivery Address and pictures of the defective item or a video of the item which was made while Unboxing.
      • Please ensure that product is in unused and in original condition. Include all  labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
      • We do not charge extra for returns and all pickups are done free of cost.

We will investigate and revert within 2 working days. After receiving the  communication for pickup, please follow the below steps:

  • Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the Invoice.
  • We will organize a reverse pick up from the address stated in your Invoice.
  • A refund shall be initiated into your account and should reflect into your account with a period of 7 days after receiving the product back at Mykaree.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled/amended.
  • No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
  • No refunds are entertained if the package is refused by the recipient.
  • Please ensure that the package received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance.
  • In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with invoices, labels etc.) until our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write “Received Damaged “on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.
