Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We do not charge you shipping fee at Mykaree. A small amount is charged only in case of COD. For further information please refer to our Shipping & Payment Policy.

Conditions for Return

• The Return is made within 10 days of delivery except for Jewellery and Bags. 

• Jewellery and Bags can be returned with 2 days of  delivery.

• The Products are unused and in the original condition and packing.

• Our  products are not eligible for returns unless the product delivered has a manufacturing defect, has been delivered broken OR during a wrong product delivery. Please take pictures or make a video while opening and share it with us.

• Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns.

• COD costs will not be refunded.

• No exchange is offered on the product/s returned.

• Please provide Order Number, Date of Transaction, Delivery Address and pictures of the defective item or a video of the item which was made while Unboxing.

• Please ensure that product is in unused and in original condition. Include all  labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

• We do not charge extra for returns and all pickups are done free of cost.

We will investigate and revert within 2 working days. After receiving the  communication for pickup, please follow the below steps:

General Terms and Conditions

We are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you while availing any of the payment method/s offered by us including but not limited to the following:

 

• lack of authorization for any transaction/s
• or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank/s”
• or any payment issues arising out of the transaction.
• or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

All payments made against the purchases/services on Mykaree by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third-party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Mykaree

 

Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done so as to ensure a safe and a fool proof online shopping environment to our users.

Mykaree may employ other third party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic or through Cash on delivery transactions, as may be permitted by Mykaree which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.

 

At times , Orders may get cancelled even after being validly placed. The orders may not be processed or capable of being dispatched. Mykaree reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include:  

• limitations on quantities available for purchase,
• inaccuracies or errors in product
• or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and
  fraud avoidance department or any defect regarding the quality of the product.

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 30 working days.

 

 We partner with trusted courier partners and aim to make timely deliveries.

But Mykaree does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be renounced if Mykaree fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Mykaree may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

 

Expect small variation as the products shipped to you are handcrafted. We will not be able to guarantee exactness of the product with respect to the representation on the website via images/videos.

The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular construction, weave or print is not a defect.

Colors: The colors you see will depend on your screen; we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be accurate.

We promise to do our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site.

Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for products on our website, represents the MRP of the product and shipping charges, unless specified otherwise in the Shipping Fees.

With respect to items sold on mykaree.com, for any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
