Returns & Refunds

At Mykaree, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted. Small variations are natural and part of what makes each creation beautifully unique. While we carefully inspect every order before dispatch, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right with care and fairness.

Return Window

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For jewelry and bags, the return window is 2 days from delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or broken item

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong product received

An unboxing video or clear photographs showing the issue are required to process your request.

Items purchased during sales or special discounts are not eligible for return.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified. Refunds will not be processed for orders placed with incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within the applicable return window:

Kindly share:

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Delivery address

  • Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue

Once your return is approved:

  • We will arrange a free reverse pickup

  • Please pack the product securely with the original packaging and invoice

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Lost in Transit

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please email us confirming non-receipt of the package.

If the item is still in stock, we will gladly send a replacement.
If not, a full refund will be issued.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account details shared by the customer.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the amount.
