Every piece is lovingly handcrafted, so small variations are natural — and part of its unique charm. We check everything with care, but if something isn’t right, don’t worry — we’re here to make it right.
✅ Return Conditions
You can request for a return:
- Within 10 days of delivery for most products
- Within 2 days for jewellery and bags
To be eligible for a return, please make sure:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

You’re returning due to:
- Damaged or broken item
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong product received
👉 Don’t forget to share an unboxing video or clear photos as proof.
✨ Products bought during sales or special discounts aren’t eligible for return.
🔁 We currently do not offer exchanges.
💸 Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
🔁 How to Request a Return
If your order qualifies:

- Date of purchase
- Delivery address
- Photos or unboxing video clearly showing the issue
Once approved:
- We’ll arrange a free reverse pickup
- Kindly pack the product with original packaging and invoice
- After inspection, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days
📦 If Your Order Is Lost in Transit
In the rare case that your order goes missing on its way to you, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
- If the item is still in stock, we’ll gladly send you a replacement
- If not, we’ll issue a full refund

We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage

- Orders once placed can’t be cancelled or modified
- No refunds for orders with an incomplete or incorrect address
