Orders & Fulfilment
Orders, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled or modified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock limitations, suspected fraud, or inaccuracies.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is handed to the courier partner.
Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, weave, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
