Shipping and Payment
We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders
- Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
- We offer free shipping for all our orders. Only in case of COD, a fee of Rs 100 is applied to all Cash on Delivery orders. This is the convenience fee charged by the logistics company. The COD fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
- We do not offer open package deliveries.
- The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
- We ship most products usually within 3-5 days of receiving the order and payment. Only in some cases it might take a maximum of 6 days.
- All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners / India Post.
- Once we ship the product, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please add your email address on checkout for email shipping notifications.
- Your order maybe split to reduce delivery timelines. Split orders are marked as partially fulfilled and you will receive the remaining products in due course.
- We offer full refunds for cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order is shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
